The effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at the regional office of DJP West Java II with work discipline as a mediating variable

Abstract

The purposes of this research are 1) to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on work discipline, 2) to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, 3) to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, 4) to analyze the influence of work style leadership on employee performance through work discipline, 5) to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance through work discipline. The research was conducted on employees of the Regional Office of the Directorate of Taxes (DJP) West Java II. The number of samples taken in this study was 58 employees with data analysis using path analysis. The results of the study were 11) to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on work discipline, 2) to analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation on employee performance, 3) to analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance, 4) to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance through work discipline, 5) to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance through work discipline.
