The purpose of the article is to clarify the leadership of the Party in the protection of natural resources and the environment, especially in the Southeast region, thereby proposing some solutions for environmental protection, adapting to the environment climate change in the Southeast region. The article uses historical methods in data mining, in addition, analytical and synthesis methods are used. The research results further clarify that the Party's step-by-step leadership process is more and more relevant in terms of economic development associated with the protection of natural resources and environment during the process of accelerating industrialization and modernization of the country.
