Abstract

Promote research, transfer, and firmly apply the achievements of the fourth industrial revolution to all areas of social life, including higher education as a driving force for growth. The article studies the current situation and proposes solutions to develop scientific research on the Tan Trao University, Tuyen Quang province, Vietnam case study in the current period.
