In India there was a system of "Bara Baluti Athara Aluti". Small scale industry is an important factor in terms of development. Small scale industry has to play an important role to create employment for all unemployed people in urban and rural areas and to stand on their own. Through the same means, the government also seems to have given priority to small enterprises through self-employment. The employment issue is becoming unfavorable day by day, in which the educated youth are roaming in search of jobs. Considering all these aspects, there is a need to attract the youth towards industry.
