University autonomy: Studying public universities under the Ministry of Industry and Trade
Abstract
University autonomy in Vietnam is autonomy in accordance with the law, associated with self-responsibility and partially institutionalized in each field of operation of university institutions. Implementing the autonomy mechanism at public universities under the Ministry of Industry and Trade has brought many positive results. However, the process of implementing the university autonomy mechanism still has limitations and inadequacies that require research and evaluation to help public universities under the Ministry of Industry and Trade continue to implement the mechanism more effectively university autonomy.
