Legislation on terms of capital contribution for members in cooperatives: Theory and practice
Abstract
After being granted an Operation Registration Certificate by a competent state agency, in order to conduct business activities, a registered charter capital must be committed by the members and recorded. In the cooperative charter before establishing the cooperative. However, to mobilize member capital, it takes a certain amount of time, so the Cooperative Law and the charter table have regulations on the time limit, form, and level of members' charter capital contribution. In this article, the author researches the capital contribution period, form and level of capital contribution of members according to the provisions of the Cooperative Law and the practical implementation of the provisions of the Cooperative Law on the capital contribution period of members.
