The effect of internal communication, job satisfaction, and compensation toward employees’ performance in a roof tiles-and-brick company
Abstract
This research study examines the effects of internal communication, work satisfaction, and compensation on employees' performance. Companies are aware of the relevance of employee performance as a key success factor in today's competitive business climate. For businesses looking to maximize their staff and raise overall productivity, understanding the performance-influencing aspects is essential. The research is done using a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires which as a result managed to collect 73 data. The data is then analyzed and tested using the SPSS tool and multiple linear regression analysis. According to the results of the research, internal communication, job satisfaction, and compensation have a significantly positive effect on employees’ performance.
