Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) has emerged as a crucial strategy in enhancing service quality and guest satisfaction within the hospitality industry. This review examines the application of TQM principles in various sectors of the hospitality industry, highlighting its impact on operational efficiency, customer experience, and organizational performance. By synthesizing current literature and case studies, this paper identifies key TQM practices that contribute to improved service delivery and competitive advantage. The findings underscore the importance of leadership commitment, employee involvement, continuous improvement, and customer focus as critical elements in successfully implementing TQM in hospitality settings.
