The Influence of work-life balance policies on employee productivity and well-being in Baghdad Soft Drinks Company
Abstract
The study explains the impact of work-life balance policies on the productivity and well-being of employees of the Baghdad Soft Drinks Company in Baghdad. The results of the statistical analysis showed that there is a positive, statistically significant relationship between the application of these policies and increasing employees’ productivity and improving their sense of well-being. Employees found that the company's policies support their needs to achieve a balance between work and personal life, and that these policies contribute to creating a more flexible work environment and reducing stress. However, the study revealed some nuances in employee experience, suggesting that some aspects of work-life balance policies need to be improved. The study offers a set of suggestions for improving these policies, such as increasing flexibility in work policies, improving leave policies, providing support for employee needs, and developing a work culture that focuses on work-life balance. By implementing these suggestions, the company can enhance its work-life balance policies, which will lead to significantly improved employee performance, well-being and loyalty to the company.
