The formation and development of CRM system at Nguyen Kim in Vietnam
Abstract
This study explores the CRM system of Nguyen Kim electronics supermarket. Nguyen Kim is a fairly old electronics supermarket in Vietnam. The CRM system at Nguyen Kim was formed very early and gave Nguyen Kim the title of No. 1 Electronics Center in Vietnam voted by consumers. The strength of Nguyen Kim CRM system is a complete and accurate customer information collection system. Nguyen Kim's weakness is the application of the CRM system in customer care, and the lack of attention to customer feelings. In order to fully exploit the strengths of the CRM system, Nguyen Kim should improve the application of CRM in business.
