The study is a trial to assess the challenges of Microsoft Excel in statistical analysis on teacher and student education in Federal College of Freshwater Fisheries Technology, Baga, Borno State, Nigeria. Both primary and secondary data were obtained through face-to-face interview and the used of check list from 1st to 31st March, 2021. Both qualitative and descriptive technique were employed in the data analysis. The result showed that; majority of the teaching staff lack adequate knowledge of the use of Microsoft Excel although it has impacted on teacher education on interpretation of student academic record and facilitated the task of the examination officer tremendously. There was less impact of Microsoft Excel on student education in contrast to teacher education in the study area.
