A Review on Predictors and outcomes of Workplace Spirituality in Hospitals
Abstract
The increasing stress at the workplace has given rise to a new concept i.e. workplace spirituality. Nowadays most organizations have recognised workplace spirituality as a stress reduction tool this study aimed to analyse the findings from workplace spirituality literature. It is a review paper that concluded with numerous predictors and outcomes of workplace spirituality and suggests HRM management and practitioners in formulating HR policies that support workplace spirituality.
