Enhancing digital experiences in banking: A study
Abstract
Financial institutions must prioritize customer experience enhancement due to the fast-paced changes happening within digital banking. The research investigates multiple technological solutions banks can implement to enhance digital customer interactions through biometric authentication, open banking frameworks, fintech partnerships, voice banking technology, AI-enabled personalization methods, and sustainability efforts. Banks that combine new technologies with advanced strategies deliver services that fulfill customers' increasing requirements for secure, personalized, and efficient banking experiences. Banks improve customer satisfaction while boosting their digital market position through this integrated approach. Biometric authentication strengthens security and usability by confirming identity through distinctive biological characteristics, including fingerprints and facial features.
Open banking allows third-party developers to access bank data, which enables them to build innovative financial services that offer customers personalized and complete financial management solutions. Innovative results happen when traditional banks merge their deep knowledge with fintech companies' quick adaptability through collaborative efforts. Voice banking allows customers to manage their accounts and execute transactions through voice commands without using their hands. Artificial intelligence-driven personalization systems examine user behaviors and preferences to generate customized recommendations that improve customer service. Financial institutions utilize green operational practices to deliver sustainability programs that respond to increasing consumer demand for business responsibility.
