The role of big data in improving customer experience in retail
Abstract
Retailers look to big data analysis for recommendations on a variety of topics, including operations, hazards, and consumers. To get competitive intelligence, they are incorporating ever-increasing volumes of "big data" throughout their decision-making process, including unstructured text from contact centre records, online communities, and conventional data sources. From enhancing cyberattacks to fostering client loyalty through creative and customised solutions, these companies are further utilising big data within significant ways. Analysing big data gives retailers a wealth of information about people, enabling them to customise their offerings to meet our wants and requirements.
