Abstract
The growth of startups has played a major role in the overall world economy. Startups have created an impact in each and everybody’s life and has grown to an extent which no one can ever imagine. For instance, Amazon was started in the garage of a small house by selling books which is a now a multibillion-dollar company and its benefitting people in their day to day operations across the world.
The technology involvement in sports and lot of emerging sports startup companies has introduced a lot of solutions for both fans and athletes irrespective of the sport played. Starting a sports tech company and running it day by day has its own difficulties. Right from basic operations, financial stability, market positioning takes time and perseverance. This paper explores the strategies that sports tech startups can adopt to optimize business operations, drawing lessons from industry case studies. It discusses key methodologies, challenges faced, and future trends.
