The Impact of Career Counseling on Individuals with Disabilities: A Review

At the same time, researchers are urged to explore future directions, including longitudinal studies and intersectional analyses. The implication is a transformative potential where individuals with disabilities are not just integrated into the workforce but celebrated for their unique contributions.
