Abstract
This study aims to analyze the quality of recruitment services for healthcare workers at Pratama Togean Regional Public Hospital (RSUD Pratama Togean), Tojo Una-Una Regency, in supporting health services. The research focuses on five dimensions of service quality: responsiveness, assurance, tangible aspects, empathy, and reliability. The study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants were selected using the snowball sampling technique, starting with relevant officials and extending to healthcare worker applicants. Data analysis was conducted through data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.
The findings indicate that responsiveness, assurance, tangible aspects, and empathy in the recruitment process have been effective. However, reliability remains suboptimal due to delays in announcing selection results and inconsistencies in procedures, reducing applicants' trust. The study concludes that the quality of recruitment services for healthcare workers at Pratama Togean Regional Public Hospital, Tojo Una-Una Regency, is not yet optimal.
