This study explores Jenga tower block game as learning and teaching media and examines its impact on students’ reading comprehension at SDN Mekarsari Cilegon. The study employed a pre-test and post-test as part of its quasi-experimental design to collect data from 20 students of experimental and control class respectively. The post-test results were analyzed by using the independent-samples test to determine whether or not students’ reading comprehension is impacted by the Jenga tower block game. The findings indicate that the t_count ≥ t_table or 2.232 ≥ 2.042, stating that Alternative Hypothesis (H_a) is accepted and Null Hypothesis (H₀) is rejected, demonstrating that the use of Jenga tower block game has an impact toward students’ reading comprehension at fifth grade of SDN Mekarsari Cilegon.
