Abstract

This paper explores the advancements in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) pipeline resilience, with a particular focus on their application within the airline industry. The critical need for resilient CI/CD pipelines in airline reservation and customer experience systems is highlighted, emphasizing the role of these systems in managing complex, real-time data and delivering seamless customer interactions. The paper discusses key technological tools and strategies such as automation techniques (e.g., canary deployments and blue-green deployments), load balancing, and real-time monitoring to ensure high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance during critical system updates. Furthermore, the integration of cloud infrastructure and scalable solutions in the airline industry is analyzed to address high traffic volumes and system failures. The findings demonstrate how advancements in CI/CD pipeline resilience have improved operational stability, customer satisfaction, and business continuity. The paper concludes with recommendations for industry practitioners and outlines potential areas for future research, including the integration of AI and machine learning for predictive maintenance and optimization of CI/CD workflows.
