Abstract

This paper explores the advancements in instructional design for experiential mobile classrooms in resource-constrained environments. With the rapid evolution of mobile technology, mobile classrooms offer a flexible and accessible approach to learning, particularly in areas where traditional educational resources are limited. This study examines key principles of instructional design, focusing on learner-centered approaches and the integration of mobile technology into educational frameworks. It further investigates the role of pedagogical strategies, such as experiential learning and collaborative methods, in enhancing learner engagement and outcomes. The research highlights the benefits of mobile learning tools and platforms, which facilitate personalized learning experiences and foster active participation. Challenges such as infrastructure limitations, digital divides, and the need for effective teacher training are discussed, with recommendations for overcoming these barriers. The paper concludes with implications for policy and practice, stressing the need for investment in mobile technology and teacher professional development. It also outlines future directions for integrating emerging technologies, such as AI and virtual reality, to enhance mobile learning experiences in resource-constrained contexts further.
