The Lived Experiences of Alumni who Choose Entrepreneurship over Traditional Career Paths
Abstract
The lived experiences of alums who have opted for entrepreneurship over Traditional career paths are explored in this study. This study intended to provide insight into the elements that impact these individuals, the decision-making process, and their distinctive experiences in transitioning to the entrepreneurial landscape from their traditional career path by examining their motivations, struggles, and victories. To better understand the factors that motivate these individuals and entrepreneurial endeavors, this research contributed to a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between personal aspirations and entrepreneurial spirit. Ultimately, this study aimed to inspire future generations of innovative leaders by revealing the underlying themes and patterns that characterized their experiences through interviews and qualitative analysis.
