Enhancing the Leadership Capacity of the Key Officials of Ethnic Minorities at the Level of Responsibilities in Quang Nam Province
Abstract
The key personnel in our political system throughout various periods, including the present, cannot overlook the essential role of the key personnel who are from ethnic minorities they are a representative core in promoting the strength of the great unity of the Vietnamese ethnic communities and play a direct role in organizing the implementation of the Party's guidelines, the State's policies, and laws into the lives of the ethnic groups. Caring for the development and enhancement of the capacity of the key personnel from ethnic minorities is an urgent requirement in the current context.
