Abstract

The study of the influence of Work Motivation, Work-life Balance, and Organizational Culture on Employee Loyalty at PT. Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Regional I North Sumatra is the main focus of this research. The explanatory method with a quantitative approach was chosen because the research objective is to test the causal relationship between variables through a series of predetermined hypotheses. The determination of the number of samples in this study involved 153 respondents selected by simple random sampling from a total population of 249 employees. The data collection instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale was used to obtain information. Subsequent data analysis was carried out through the application of multiple linear regression. The analysis process began with a series of prerequisite tests including validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests to verify the feasibility of the research model before the regression was carried out. The findings indicate that Work Motivation and Work-life Balance individually do not show a significant impact on Employee Loyalty. Meanwhile, Organizational Culture actually provides a significant positive contribution to Employee Loyalty. The three independent variables collectively have a significant impact on Employee Loyalty. 43% of the fluctuation in Employee Loyalty can be explained by Work Motivation, Work-life balance, and Organizational Culture as indicated by the coefficient of determination of 0.430. Other factors outside the scope of this study influence the remaining 57% of the changes. Organizational culture has been proven to be a major driver of employee loyalty based on the research results obtained. Consistent and continuous strengthening of organizational values by the company is a strategic step to increase employee commitment, engagement, and contribution to the institution.
