The impact of good corporate governance on corporate Value through profitability
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of good corporate governance on profitability, good corporate governance on corporate value, analyze the effect of profitability on corporate value, and analyze the effect of good corporate governance on corporate value through profitability. The analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis show that good corporate governance affects profitability, good corporate governance affects corporate value, profitability affects corporate value, and good corporate governance affects corporate value through profitability.
