Abstract

Immediately after the success of the August Revolution, Ho Chi Minh and the Party launched the movement "Building a new life", contributing to the development of good traditional values of the nation, and at the same time overcoming and moving forward eliminate the limitations and negative aspects of Vietnamese people. New life includes: New morality, new way of life and new way of life. Those three aspects are closely related, in which morality is the "root", the core value of human beings. Ethics must be expressed in lifestyle and lifestyle, which is the basis for building a new healthier lifestyle and lifestyle, directing people to reach cultural heights. Building new morality is carried out at the same time as building new way of life and way of life.
