Abstract

Integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) with SAP Process Automation is a huge step toward smart enterprise resource planning (ERP). This academic article looks at how GenAI and SAP technologies are coming together. It focuses on how AI-driven process automation can help businesses make better decisions, run more smoothly, and be more productive in all areas. The paper shows how GenAI gives SAP users predictive, generative, and autonomous capabilities through real-world examples, architectural frameworks, and an analysis of the future.
